Digital Products and Services
Sticky Note Media provides custom digital artwork and digital design services.
Because our products are custom-created and delivered electronically, they are generally non-returnable.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- We are unable to provide the purchased service.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
- Design work has already begun.
- Initial concepts or drafts have been delivered.
- Final files have been delivered.
- The customer changes their mind after work has started.
- The customer fails to provide required project information.
- The customer is dissatisfied with subjective artistic preferences after approved revisions have been completed.
Revision Policy
Revision availability depends on the package purchased.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Sticky Note Media before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using project communications, delivered files, and payment records.
